Address : PO BOX 3005 Columbus Indiana 43026 Country : United States Chronology : In mid-April Cummins notified Industrial Video & Control of recall 23E030. An investigation was opened to determine impacted units. Once scope was defined, Cummins was provided the associated vehicle model identification, VINs and owner contact information to facilitate owner notification. Description of Remedy : Description of Remedy Program : As stated in Cummins Recall 23E-030, “The remedy is to inspect and, if the unit has the defect, to replace the subject fuel hose and associated clamps. A recall-specific reimbursement plan will be provided on the Recall Portal for those units not covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty.”. How Remedy Component Differs from Recalled Component : As stated in Cummins Recall 23E-030, “The remedy fuel hose has a unique part number A073T925.” Identify How/When Recall Condition was Corrected in Production : Production began with the remedy fuel hose on 02/21/2023.
