Summary
Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Entegra Ethos, Expanse, Jayco Solstice, and Swift vehicle. The liquid level remote fill gauge on the propane tank may leak when in the “Open” position.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the bleed valve as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 26, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco’s number for this recall is 9903604.

1/10/2024 Jayco production notified Jayco Compliance by email of a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) that they received from Worldwide Distribution, LLLP. This bulletin provided information on diagnosing and/or repairing the liquid level remote fill gauge which could have the potential to leak LP vapor in the open position on certain INGUSA/LP ASME Remote fill ASME LP tanks.
1/15/2024 The Warranty Incident Review Committee (WIRC) discussed the incident and elevated it to CPAC.
1/29/2024, Worldwide Distribution determined that a safety related defect exists in certain INGUSA/LP ASME Remote fill ASME LP tanks.
2/7/2024 The Corrective Preventive Action Committee (CPAC) discussed the incident and elevated it to SSC.
3/4/2024 Jayco compliance received an official notification via US mail from Worldwide Distribution, LLLP regarding their NHTSA Equipment Recall 24E-007.
3/14/2024 The Safety Steering Committee (SSC) met and voted to proceed with filing a safety recall with NHTSA and Transport Canada.
Jayco is not aware of any warranty claims or injuries related to this matter.

Description of Remedy Program : Jayco dealers will inspect and replace the valve as necessary, free of
charge. Repairs made prior to the recall will be reimbursed in accordance with our Recall Reimbursement Plan on file with NHTSA. Jayco Inc. will file the completion reports.
