Chronology :

On May 9, 2024, during a routine Corporate Standards Inspection, it was discovered that the furnace was installed on top of the vinyl linoleum floor covering, whereas the vinyl linoleum should have been cut out using a template so the furnace could be installed directly to the wood floor, in accordance to the appliances installation instructions.

On May 10, 2024, the manufacturing plant and the Standards Manager inspected the yard and it was discovered that the installation was the same. The Standards Manager contacted Forest Rivers Office of Corporate Compliance (“OCC”) and a research item was opened, to identify if any vehicles had shipped from the plant of this model.

On May 17, 2024, the Corporate Recall Committee voted to recall. All vehicles are located at Dealers, none are retail sold. Therefore there will not be an owner letter issued for this recall.
