Torque Wrench
3/16” allen/hex drive socket

PROCEDURE:

Park the bus in a level location, place the gear selector in PARK, apply the parking brakes, and chock the wheels.

Locate the 4 5/16-18 UNC bolts/screws securing the Freedman seat to the Ford OEM seat slides.

Using torque wrench, with a 3/16” hex/allen head bit, tighten all 4 fasteners to 10-12 ftlbs.

Check seat for proper sliding performance.

If sliding performance is unacceptable, remove screw/bolt, and install spacer between Freedman seat base, and Ford OEM slide, and tighten to 10-12 ft-lbs.
