Part 573 Safety Recall Report 22V-902 Page 3 The information contained in this report was submitted pursuant to 49 CFR §573 2022-11-30 Nova Bus Product Safety Committee determines a regulatory noncompliance exits. 2022-12-05 Nova Bus submits a vehicle recall report to NHTSA. Nova Bus has not received any consumer complaint, field report, property damage claim, and neither notice or claim of injury or death associated with this regulatory noncompliance. No compliance testing was performed related to this regulatory noncompliance due to the nature of the noncompliance. FMVSS 108 S6.2.1 regulatory interpretations were the main compliance activities. Description of Remedy : Description of Remedy Program : Nova Bus will provide a service document to remove the non-standard color auxiliary lamps or replace them with white lamps. All costs associated with this corrective measure will be covered by Nova Bus. Prenotification remedies will be addressed using the Nova Bus general reimbursement plan on file with NHTSA. How Remedy Component Differs from Recalled Component : The non-standard auxiliary lamps will be removed or replaced by white lamps. Non-standard color auxiliary lamps will not be available on our vehicles anymore. Identify How/When Recall Condition was Corrected in Production : From 2022-12-05, non-standard color auxiliary lamps are not available on our vehicles anymore.
