LED Backlight Circuit Board Failure May Cause Fire
A circuit board that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

Summary
Bigfoot Industries, Inc. (Bigfoot) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Bigfoot B25RQ travel trailers. The LED backlight circuit board in the cooktop range may fail, causing the board to overheat.
Remedy
Dealers will disconnect and cut the circuit powering the LED backlights
and terminate the wiring, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 1, 2024. Owners may contact Bigfoot customer service at 1-250-546-2155.

Chronology :
June 4, 2024 – Received phone call from GLP (Recall contact for Suburban) notifying us about the recall, and received an email at the end of the day with more details and information on the recall, also had discussions through out the day as we needed a solution for the units being shipped out soon with recall ranges in them and also needed fixed ranges sent to us for upcoming production of units
June 5/24 – More discussions and more information received
June 6/24 – Received the recall kits and fixed them in our factory
June 7/24 – Created list of affected units
June 11/24 – Sent emails out to our dealers to advise them of the recall, listed the units affected for each dealer, requested missing contact information
June 12 to 21st – Finding missing contact information, working on recall notification, filling out recall report, creating address labels in preparation of mailing out recall letter
Once recall notice letter is approved, we plan to mail out letter with approved envelope. We will be providing a list of the affected RV’s to GLP/Suburban.
