Summary
Airstream, Inc. (Airstream
) is recalling certain 2023 Rangeline motorhomes, equipped with certain Cummins
EVAP generator sets. The fuel hose between the fuel filter and Injection Pump Module (IPM) may not be properly secured, which can cause a gas leak.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel hose and clamps, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 16, 2023. Owners may contact Airstream customer service at 1-877-596-6505 or 1-937-596-6111 ext. 7401 or 7411.

4/17/23 – The Airstream Safety Committee agreed to submit a 573. Airstream
production began a stop ship of affected units, and we contacted Airstream
dealers to begin a stop delivery on new sales on 4/17/23.

This notice is sent to you in accordance with the requirements of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Airstream has decided that a defect that relates to motor vehicle safety exists in the model year 2023 Rangeline touring coach. As a result, Airstream
is conducting a safety recall.
Airstream, Inc. (Airstream
) is recalling 2023 Rangeline touring coaches equipped with the Onan
2.8 HGLAA-8302 (Gasoline) generator. Per Cummins
Recall 23E030, “The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the injection pump module (IMP) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.” If a gas leak occurs, this could result in a fire, personal injury and/or property damage.
Because this is Cumminsโ recall, the inspection and recall repair will need to be completed by a Cummins
certified service center. To locate the nearest certified service center, please call 1-800-CUMMINS
(286-6467). You may also find a location nearest you by searching the web at www.cummins.com/locations. The recall repair will be done at no cost to the customer. This repair will take approximately .50 hours.

It has come to our attention that in certain model year 2023 Rangeline touring coaches, it is necessary to participate in the following Cummins Onan
recall: Per Cummins
Recall 23E030, “The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the injection pump module (IMP) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.” If a gas leak occurs, this could result in a fire, personal injury and/or property damage.

Note: Because our VINs do not run in a contiguous series, there will be units in the VIN ranges
