Fire Extinguisher May Be Clogged or Inoperable
In the event of a fire, if the fire extinguisher does not function properly, it can increase the risk of injury.

Summary
Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. (Gulf Stream) is recalling certain 2011-2012 Endura Max fifth wheel, Matrix, Matrix fifth wheel, Yellowstone, Canyon Trail, Aztec, Ridgeline, Mako, Executive Ridgeline, Explorer, Stream-Lite Sport, Stream-Lite Explorer, Gulf Breeze, Gulf Breeze Sport, Visa, Gulf Breeze Explorer, Capri, Northern Express, Champaign Gulf Breeze, Champaign Stream-Lite, Conquest, Innsbrook, Special Edition, Track and Trail, Amerilite, Amerilite Super-Lite, Kingsport Super-Lite, Cavalier, Kingsport, Kingsport Park Model, Serenity Park Model, Trailmaster, Trailmaster Destination, Trailmaster Park Model, and Sky recreational trailers. These trailers are equipped with Kidde Plastic-Handle or Push Button ‘Pindicator’ Fire Extinguishers that may become clogged, preventing the extinguisher from discharging as expected or requiring excessive force to activate the extinguisher. Additionally, in certain models, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury and also render the product inoperable. Remedy
Gulf Stream will notify owners, instructing them to contact Kidde for a replacement fire extinguisher, free of charge. The recall began on February 14, 2018. Owners may contact Gulf Stream customer service at 1-800-289-8787, or Kidde customer service toll-free at 1-855-262-3540, or online at www.kidde.com and click on “Product Safety Recall” for more information.

IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL Concerning Vehicle: INLIAF
Dear Customer:
This notice is sent to you in accordance with the requirements of the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Following Kidde’s announced recall, Gulf Stream Coach, Inc. (“GulfStream”) decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety exists in certain 2011-2012 model year recreational vehicles. So, GulfStream is conducting a safety recall. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, your safety and continued satisfaction is our main concern.
PURPOSE OF THE RECALL
The vehicle(s) included in this recall may have an affected Kidde portable fire extinguisher installed. On certain vehicle(s) equipped with Kidde fire extinguishers with black plastic handles and valves, the fire extinguishers may become clogged or require excessive force to activate. Also, the nozzle may detach from the valve assembly with enough force that it could cause injury, and fail to discharge. In case of fire, failure of the extinguisher to function could result in injury and/or property damage.
CORRECTION
Owners will be provided how to obtain instructions on how to inspect the fire extinguisher to see if it is recalled. Replacement fire extinguishers will be supplied by Kidde directly. WHAT you NEED TO DO
Locate the Kidde fire extinguisher in your recreational vehicle. GulfStream installed it near the entry door. If the fire extinguisher was not manufactured by Kidde, then no future action is necessary.
If Kidde did manufacture your fire extinguisher, then go to the Kidde website at www.kidde.com to locate the instructions on how to inspect your fire extinguisher and determine whether a replacement is needed. Alternatively, you may contact Kidde directly tollfree (855) 262-3540.
After inspecting your fire extinguisher, if a replacement is needed, you may order a new extinguisher at no charge online at www.kidde.com or contact Kidde directly toll-free at (855) 262-3540 Monday through Friday during business hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm EST and Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 9:00am to 3:oopm EST.
WHAT IF YOU NO LONGER OWN THE VEHICLE
It you no longer own the identified above as being part of this Recall, please forward to the new owner. You have received this letter because government regulations require that a notification is sent to the last known owner of record. Our records indicate that you are the current owner.
If you do not have access to a computer, or need further assistance, contact Kidde directed at (855) 262-3540. Should Kidde be unable to assist you or does not remedy the condition within a reasonable amount of time after contacting Kidde, then contact GulfStream Service by mail at PO Box 1005, Nappanee, IN 46550 or by telephone at (800) 289-8787.
