Incorrect Cylinder Label/FMVSS 304
If the cylinders cannot be inspected or pass inspection, the cylinders can fail and increase the risk of a fire or injury.

Summary
Winkelmann Flowform Technology LP (WFT) is recalling certain 327 liter compressed natural gas cylinders, part number CNG-327L-2560N. The font size of the cylinder labels may be too small and may be missing the type 3 designation, which will prevent the cylinders from passing inspection. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 304, “Compressed Natural Gas Fuel Container Integrity.”
Remedy
WFT will notify owners, and provide replacement cylinder labels, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin April 13, 2020. Owners may contact WFT customer service at 1-334-758-6400.

Subject: Incorrect Label for 327L Type 3 Cylinder
Dear Andrew Priest:
This notice is sent to you in accordance with the requirements of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act.
WFT has determined that the label on the 327L Type 3 Cylinder do not conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) No. 304 “Compressed Natural Gas Fuel Container Integrity.”
WHY IS A RECALL BEING CONDUCTED?
The label font size on the 327L type 3 cylinders (part# CNG-327L-2560N) is too small and missing the type 3-cylinder designation, which can cause them to fail inspection. If the cylinders are unable to pass inspection, it can increase the risk of a fire or injury.
WHAT ARE WE DOING?
WFT has included 3 replacement compliant labels. We ask that you install them over the top of the existing cylinder labels. Please use an epoxy sealer to seal the edges of the label over the top of the old label. This repair will take approximately 10 minutes after the epoxy sealer is prepared.
