- Safe and Automatic Transfer Switch - Furrion’s 50amp Automatic Transfer Switch has a built-in safe switch interlock system and is used to automatically switch between two separate 125 /250 volt AC power sources. These power sources can be from a Generator, shore power cord or inverter
- Avoid Over-voltage - Provides an added feature of a mechanical interlock between contractors to ensure both contactors cannot be closed in parallel, preventing overvoltage on the output line.Casing Material: UL 94 Fireproof Plastic
- Time Delay - Once AC power from the Generator is sensed by the transfer switch at Input 2 terminals, it will start a timer and automatically switch over to generator power supply after a 20-30 sec delay which ensures the generator has sufficient time to run up to speed before electrical load is applied.
- Durable & Reliable: Designed with Furrion's proprietary VibrationSmart and ClimateSmart technologies, this ATS is built to withstand constant vibrations & extreme temperatures. Solid brass terminals are used to increase conductivity and reduce heat and are Nickel plated for corrosion resistance.
- Highest Safety Standards - The Automatic Transfer Switch comes in a UL94 Flame retarded enclosure and is certified to UL Standards UL1008.
- 50 AMP ATS-transfer switch ensure critical loads can seamlessly switch to backup power in the event of a power failure, make guarantee power continuity and reliability
- APPLICATION-can be used in RV,Camper
,Travel Trailer, speedboats and a variety of high-power devices that require emergency power.
- AUTOMATIC-when a main power supply failure or overload, the transfer switch automatically switches to the backup power source according to preset priorities and switching strategies
- RELIABLE- adoption of metal casing, which makes it waterproof and dustproof, and is specially born for outdoor use of RV
- PROTECTION — Double protection of built-in mechanical interlocking and control circuit to prevent short circuit caused by two independent 120/240 volt AC power supplies entering the AC switchboard at the same time
- 2 x 110/220Vac Inputs
- 1 x 110/20Vac Output
- 50 Amp service
- 5 Knock out holes
- 20 sec Time Delay On/off
- Automatic Transfer Switch: The automatic transfer switch on our generators is configured to prioritize generator power. When the generator stops running, it automatically switches to utility power with a green light indicating that generator power is active. In addition, the transfer switch continuously monitors the status of the utility power, so that if the utility power goes out, the generator will automatically start without the need for additional wiring, providing you with great convenience.
- Dual Protection: The 50 AMP Automatic Transfer Switch is pre-wired to automatically convert the primary source of AC power from shore power to generator or inverter power upon startup. Mechanical interlocks and control circuits are protected against short circuits caused by two separate 120/240 volt AC power sources entering the AC switchboard at the same time.
- RV Transfer Switch: This automatic transfer switch is perfect for anyone who needs seamless power management for their RV or speedboat. With an operating voltage of 240VAC, a current rating of 50A and a neutral current of 70A, this switch can efficiently switch between different power sources, ensuring that you won't run out of power while you're traveling.
- Easy Installation: Our 50 Amp Transfer Switch has an easy to remove protective cover with wiring diagram. When installing, note that there are different locations for light and heavy duty wires. Before proceeding, please note where they are connected and after plugging in the power cord, reinsert the light duty cord into its original position. You can also find installation videos on youtube.
- Strong Construction: Made of sturdy and durable metal casing, the product surface is coated with a coating process that is waterproof, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant, which is ideal for outdoor RV or home emergency back-up use and ensures long-lasting performance under all conditions. If you have any question about this generator transfer switches, please contact us.
