BWise Manufacturing, LLC (BWise), has decided that a defect, which relates to non-compliance with the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards, exists in certain 2021 – 2023 BWise Trailer Models EA 10-10 ALL ACCESS and EA 10-12 ALL ACCESS. BWise has determined that a misprint of the Vehicle Identification Number label on the trailer reflects an incorrect GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) weight of 4,995 lbs per axle. The correct GA WR should be 6,000 lbs per axle. The vehicle may be overloaded, increasing the risk of a crash. Your trailer has been identified as one that is included in this recall. Enclosed, you will find a new VIN label for your trailer, which has the accurate GA WR weight. Please inspect the current VIN label on your trailer, and if it reflects a GA WR of 4,995 lb per axle, please remove that VIN label and replace it with the label included with this notice. The tag is designed to be tamper proof, so the word VOID will appear after removing the original tag. The new tag should be installed directly over the original tag location.
