Chronology :
On October 26, 2022 we were doing customer training and had some issues with our pump shifting into gear. We discovered the truck was programmed incorrectly and did not allow the pump to shift from road to pump and pump to road modes. Initially, we thought it was just an isolated incident. We continued to research this issue and came to the conclusion the week of November 14 that at some point our master programming had been modified and the programming was incorrect. We identified eleven trucks that were programmed incorrectly. On November 18, we determined a recall would be necessary and submitted necessary documentation to NHTSA.
