Production Dates : AUG 01, 2022 – OCT 10, 2022 VIN Range 1 : Begin : NR End : NR Not sequential Description of Defect : Description of the Defect : The retaining nut that holds the shock mount together may not have proper thread engagement and may be missing a tacked weld to hold the retaining nut in place. The retaining nut could come loose resulting in the bumper separating from the vehicle. FMVSS 1 : NR FMVSS 2 : NR Description of the Safety Risk : A bumper separating from the vehicle could result in the bumper becoming unexpected road debris which could increase the risk of a crash.
