To date, there have been no reports of injuries, deaths, damages, or warranty claims related to the recalled generator in the subject vehicles. Description of Remedy : Description of Remedy Program : The component manufacturer Cummins is handling remedy and reimbursement. Owners of the recalled component will need to contact Cummins to locate service centers and receive reimbursement for repairs. Adaptive Mobility Systems is responsible for reporting repair completion rates for the subject vehicles to the NHTSA. Recipients of the Owner Notification Letter of Recall will be instructed to contact Adaptive Mobility Systems to share their recall status information and confirm/update ownership status. Within the letter, recipients will be provided with specific process details and contact methods for sharing this information with Adaptive Mobility Systems.
