Fresh Water Tank Incorrectly Installed
A freshwater tank that detaches from a vehicle can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.

Summary
Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain 2022 Paradigm 295MK, and Avenue 32RLS fifth wheels. The freshwater tank may be installed incorrectly, which can result in the tank detaching from the vehicle.
Remedy
Dealers will remount the freshwater tank, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 17, 2024. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165.

Descriptive Information : Reviewing VOQs against production data and warranty claims data assisted in identifying a problem with the way the fresh water tank on certain 2022 Alliance RV Paradigm and Avenue models. The recall product has a fresh water tank support cage that was mounted from the bottom vs. the top. There are a total of 229 2022 Paradigm 295MKs and a total of 468 2022 Avenue 32RLS’. Please note that i’ve listed the manufacturer of the component, that it is not the manufacturer of this components fault for this failure, it is the way it was installed.

Description of the Defect : The fresh water tank was mounted from the bottom up vs. the top down. The difference is a supporting edge on the tank support bracket that bears weight. In the top mount application the support is exponentially more.

Description of Remedy Program : Alliance RV will be providing instructions on how to remount the fresh
tank cradle. The labor and any needed parts for this repair will be reimbursed. How Remedy Component Differs from Recalled Component : Identify How/When Recall Condition was Corrected in Production : The remedied component will be changed from a bottom up mount to a top down mount which will provide the needed support to the fresh water tank.
A top down mount is used instead of the bottom up mount. Recall Schedule :
