Summary
Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2020 Dutchmen Atlas 3382BH trailers. The trailers may have a non-metallic propane supply hose installed inside the burner box of the cooktop, instead of a copper supply hose.
Remedy
Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will remove the non-metallic propane gas line and attach it to a copper propane gas line, free of charge. The recall began November 15, 2019. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone’s number for this recall is 19-363.

Atlas 3382BH Propane Line
Keystone is conducting a voluntary RECALL notification campaign in accordance with the National Highway Transportation and Safety Act. It has been decided that the vehicles in the recall population have a flexible non-metallic propane supply hose installed inside the burner box of the cooktop. Under certain conditions the heat from the range burner may cause the hose to melt and leak propane, leading to an increased risk of fire, personal injury and property damage.

| Parts Required: | 1 – copper line that was shipped to each affected dealership |
| Tools Required: | – Screw gun – Adjustable wrenches |
Note – Check serial number on Key Express to verify the campaign is open. Some vehicles were repaired before they left Keystone.
When performing warranty or recall service, please make certain that appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used.
The remedy is to remove the interior range cooktop, remove the existing rubber propane supply line, install the provided copper line to the rubber supply line, and attach the copper line to the interior range cooktop regulator. Test for leaks by doing the drop pressure test.
REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Locate the trailer on a level, flat, hard surface. Chock the wheels. Turn off propane gas supply.
Step 2
Locate the interior range cooktop and remove the grill and cooktop cover.
Step 3
Remove the rubber supply line using an adjustable wrench and back-up wrench.
Step 4
Using the supplied copper line, attach it to the rubber supply line from Step 3 using an adjustable wrench and back-up wrench.
Step 5
Attach copper line to the interior range cooktop regulator.
Step 6
Perform drop pressure test and proceed to Warranty Reimbursement.
