Summary
Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2017-2018 Unity, Wonder, and Serenity motorhomes. The Occupant & Cargo Carrying Capacity (OCCC) and Tire labels may have been incorrectly calculated, resulting in an indicated a higher cargo capacity than actual.
Remedy
Triple E will notify owners, and dealers will install new OCCC and Tire labels, free of charge. The recall began on March 22, 2018. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Triple E’s number for this recall is CA#8930-1.

Traffic & Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Triple E Recreational Vehicles has decided that certain 2017 & 2018 Unity (All models), Wonder (All models) & Serenity motorhomes manufactured between January_ 2017 & February 2018 fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard
Description of Noncompliance:
The OCCC (Occupant & Cargo Carrying Capacity) weight has been calculated incorrectly indicating more OCCC weight than the motorhome has. As a result, the vehicle could be overloaded, which would result in poor vehicle handling characteristics increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property.
To Have This Modification Performed:
We request your assistance to have this Safety issue corrected. Two (2) OCCC decals and one (1) Tire decal are provided at this time. Please follow the included information to adhere these decals to your motorhome.
If you had this repair performed before you received this letter, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for the cost of obtaining a prenotification remedy of problem associated with this recall.
