Underbody Wiring Harness Connector May Short
If water enters the wiring connector, it can cause a short circuit, increasing the risk of a fire.

Summary
Grand Design RV, LLC (Grand Design) is recalling certain 2016-2018 Reflection trailers. A wiring connector in the vehicle underbody may not be properly secured, allowing water intrusion into the wiring connector, possibly resulting in an electrical short circuit.
Remedy
Grand Design will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and secure the wiring connectors up to prevent water intrusion, free of charge. This recall began June 29, 2020. Owners may contact Grand Design’s customer service at 1-574-825-9679. Grand Design’s number for this recall is 910020.

Repair Instructions
Depending on the floor model you may have to secure several (1-5) Molex connectors on either side of the coach.
Step 1: Locate where the 120v wires are passing through the frame or between frame and underbelly.
Step 2: Remove 4 to 5 of the 3/8” screws securing the underbelly to the frame.
Step 3: Pull underbelly from the frame and locate the Molex connectors.
Step 4: Remove all Molex connector from underbelly and secure them together with zip ties.
Step 5: Secure the Molex connectors off the underbelly.
Step 6: Secure underbelly to frame and caulk or spray foam any gaps.
