Summary
Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Unity U24FX, U24Rl, U24MB, U24CB, U24TB, U24IB, 2020-2021 Wonder W24MB, W24FTB, W24RTB, and 2020 Serenity S24CB recreational vehicles. The auto generator start remote harness wires may be damaged by the generator fan.
Remedy
Dealers will bundle the wires with nylon ties, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 19, 2021. Owners may contact Trible E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Trible E’s number for this recall is CA#9927-1.

1.
Locate the generator.
2.
Remove the access door.
3.
Locate the AGS harness plug on the left hand side of the generator.
4.
Bundle the extra length of wire in the harness with the two nylon ties. (shown here in white for visibility, these will be black in the repair kit.)
5.
With the black nylon tie straps.
6.
Replace and latch generator access door.

Triple E Recreational Vehicles has decided that certain 2020 & 2021 Serenity, Unity (All Models) & Wonder (All Models) motorhomes manufactured between June 3, 2019 to March 19, 2021 fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard
Description of Non-Compliance:
On LP & gasoline generators, the AGS (Auto Generator Start) remote wire harness in the generator housing, may be too long. The wire harness may become damage when the generator is running. The wire harness may be drawn into the fan causing the wires to become severed. The generator may possibly not stop running when turned off from the remote switch inside the motorhome or the generator will not start or run when required. In the event the wire harness is damaged from the fan, there is no possibility of safety risk.
To Have This Modification Performed:
We request your assistance to have this Noncompliance issue con-ected. Please follow the included SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to install the two nylon ties. For reimbursement submit a warranty application for
Labour to perform this Recall: 0.2 hrs/ unit

To Have This Modification Performed:
Please contact your selling dealer or a RV service center to perform this recall remedy. The time needed to perform the recall is approximately 10 minutes. If you choose to have this Recall performed by a service center other than your dealer, prior authorization is required.
If you had this repair performed before you received this letter, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for the cost of obtaining a prenotification remedy of the problem associated with this recall.
