Lift both tabs up and remove vent by pulling on the left side of the vent and then sliding it out. Set vent aside. L———–1 If this deflector is present, the new deflector will be installed over top of it to extend it. Locate the fridge exhaust at the right side of the vent slightly below the opening. Insert the heat deflector through the top vent with the two holes at the top and with the silicone surface against the wooden frame. The heat deflector extension should slide between the fridge exhaust and the wooden 4 7 Wipe clean the back side of the deflector 8077490 as shown, using water or isopropyl alcohol. Ensure that the deflector is all the way against the top wooden cleat. Secure deflector extension to the wooden frame through the top two screw holes with the two screws provided. 2 5 8 – Apply Silicone to the same surface that was just wiped clean. This will be the side that is mounted to the fridge cabinet wood frame. Take the prepped 8077456 heat shield and ensure that it is wiped clean using water or isopropyl alcohol. 3 6 9 SOP06308 Fridge Frame Heat Deflector and Shield Department: 32 People Required: 1 Time to Complete: 30 min Date Created: Nov 15 2021 TRIPLE E RECREATIONAL VEHICLES – (Unity, Wonder, Serenity and Libero) Place 4 dabs of silicone 20mm wide x 10mm high as shown. 10 Place heat shield into place, hooking over top of the fridge baffle. Ensure that the heat shield is all the way to the right against wall ,\,~£.~~ ,,~'””‘ and down on top of baffle. 13 Reinstall vent by lining up the tabs on the right side of the frame with the slots in the grill and pivot the left side in. Push top clip down and install screw into metal plate (be careful not to strip the screw).
