This assessment identified one bus that did not fully comply with the FMVSS 136 ESC requirements due to an incorrect GAWR on the label. Promptly upon determining the noncompliance, in November 2021 DTNA decided to conduct a non-compliance recall. Description of Remedy : Description of Remedy Program : The remedy is to apply new label with the correct GAWR. Repairs will be made by Daimler Trucks North America authorized service facilities.
