Custom Chassis Corporation (FCCC) has determined the potential exists for the park brake cable to rub a bracket in the engine compartment on the enclosed vehicle identification numbers (VINs). If this rub exists, it could lead to premature wear on the weather resistant sheathing of the cable, and possibly result in early cable replacement.
Work for this notification will be performed at no charge if completed before February 1, 2020. Direct any questions to FCCC at 1-800-FTL-HELP (1-800-385-4357) or send an email to [email protected].
Authorized Freightliner dealers have work instructions to inspect and repair the vehicle if needed. Contact a local dealer to schedule an appointment and have this work performed before the expiration date of this notice.
