Heartland RV (Heartland) has decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety exists on certain 2021-2022 Cyclone, 2021-2022 Fuel, 2021-2022 Gravity, & 2021-2022 Road Warrior Fifth Wheels. We apologize for any inconvenience this action may cause you, however your safety and continued satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. On certain 2021-2022 Cyclone, 2021-2022 Fuel, 2021-2022 Gravity, and 2021-2022 Road Warrior Fifth Wheels; the Sailun ST235/80R16 and ST235/85R16 tires with a DOT date range identified by factory code 1YJ and the last four digits of the DOT code as: 2020-4120 may have a design that could contribute to a tread belt separation or tread delamination. This could cause the tires to delaminate and /or lose tread. This could lead to an increased risk of crash or personal injury. Heartland will have an authorized Sailun Tire dealer or service center replace the tires. This defect will be corrected at no expense to you, the owner. All Reimbursements will be covered by Sailun Tire America. At your earliest convenience, Please contact your local Sailun Tire dealer or contact Sailun Tire directly at 1-844-281-9696 to set up an appointment to have this inspected and if needed corrected immediately, this service will be performed free of charge.
