. Recall campaign letter received late February timeframe but no “repair/resolution” given at that time. Late February/early March, Shadow collects data from Production Build Reports and Warranty Registration portal and compiles list of selling dealers and end users and quarantines all stoves in our inventory pending repair/replacement instructions from Suburban. Shadow halts all shipments of products with stove in campaign installed., Total units based on data collected is 270, however, there are some units that offer a stove “delete” option but we cannot identify all units so we assume that all 270 have a stove installed. March 3-10 Shadow sends out mail/email/phone calls to dealers with list of units sold during the timeframe listed in the campaign letter, a copy of the campaign letter with a cover letter to halt sales of any trailer with a stove installed. This same week, Customer/End user mail/email/phone calls begin with a cover letter/campaign letter and instructions. To date we have not had any warranty claims related to this campaign or stove operation issues
