Nova Bus

) is recalling certain 2022-2023 LFS battery electric transit buses. The high voltage battery
pack may contain loose metallic debris that can cause a short circuit.
Remedy
Nova Bus
will inspect the battery packs
, and replace them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 31, 2023. Owners may contact Nova
customer service at 1-800-350-6682. Nova

incident which initiated the investigation involved one battery pack
which was on a trailer in shipment to Volvo Trucks
NA assembly operations. The battery pack
was the only one found damaged with no spread of damage to the other battery packs
in the shipment, or to the trailer.
