Evenflo
Company, Inc. (Evenflo
) is recalling one Titan 65 child seat
. The child seat
is missing the warning labels. As such, this child seat
fails to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, “Child Restraint Systems.”
Remedy
The child seat
has been returned to the manufacturer to be destroyed, and therefore, no owner notification letter will be sent. Owners may contact Evenflo
customer service at 1-800-233-5921.

, having been retrieved, was inspected. The absence of a warning label was confirmed. No adhesive residue was apparent. On that basis, it was concluded that no label was affixed during the manufacturing process and, accordingly, the unit as shipped was noncompliant.
