When first cracks were discovered, we made some calls to get some local trailers back to evaluate. We decided to do a complete recall when there was more than one trailer with the defect.

IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL
NHTSA Recall No. #24V105
Dear Sir or Madam:
This notice is sent to you in accordance with the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act.
Belmont Trailers, LLC. has decided that a defect, which relates to motor vehicle safety, exists in certain 2023-2024 FlatTrak
trailers. Accordingly, a recall to address this issue is being initiated effective February 13, 2024.
The defect involves a potential spindle weld failure, increasing the risk of a crash. Belmont Trailers, LLC manufactured these
trailers at the Leola, PA plant between September 2022 and January 2024. There is no cost to the owner for this recall. In the
event you cannot return to your closest dealer, please contact the Belmont Trailers, LLC Warranty Department at 717-556-
0040 to make arrangements for repairs at a trailer service center convenient to you.
The repair includes the removal of the drum/wheel components, grinding out the weld, re-welding then applying an extra weld
to reinforce the area. When complete the brake flange and drum/wheel components will need reattached. Estimated repair
time is 4 hours.
To be reimbursed for your expense in the event the defect has already been repaired, you must submit a paid receipt along with
the enclosed card to:
