Summary
Alliance RV, LLC (Alliance) is recalling certain 2024 Avenue 22ML, 26RD, 29RL, 32RLS, 33RKS, 37MBR, and 38DBL travel trailers. The inverter circuit was improperly wired to a 30 amp breaker, which could allow the breaker to overheat.
Remedy
Dealers will install a 20 amp breaker, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 28, 2024. Owners may contact Alliance customer service at 1-574-218-7165.

Descriptive Information : It was determined by our quality team that the recall population has a 30 amp electrical breaker in a place that should be a 20 amp electrical breaker. The recalled RVs will have a 30 amp breaker installed for the inverter circuit instead of the required 20 amp breaker. Description of the Defect : The inverter circuit has an overrated breaker (30 amp) installed, however, it should be a 20 amp circuit.

Description of the Cause : An employee inadvertently installed a 30 amp breaker was installed in the inverter circuit that requires a 20 amp breaker. Identification of Any Warning

Description of Remedy Program : Understand that the component manufacturer of this breaker is not at
fault for this error.
The remedy is to replace the incorrectly sized 30 amp circuit breaker with a properly rated / sized 20 amp circuit breaker for the inverter circuit. How Remedy Component Differs from Recalled Component : Identify How/When Recall Condition was Corrected in Production : The remedied component will have the appropriately sized / rated 20 amp breaker supporting the inverter circuit instead of the installed 30 amp breaker.
The production line stopped, inventory inspected for proper location. Identified 30 amp breakers being used, updated them with the proper 20 amp breaker and insured that the breaker panel size and label was being followed properly. Recall Schedule :
