Chronology :

On or about May 24, 2024, the ball stud supplier notified DanaeBay logo’s Mexican manufacturing facility that an experimental batch of ball studs was not segregated properly and a portion of it was mixed with regular production, including in batches supplied to DanaeBay logo.

DanaeBay logo promptly initiated an investigation to determine the customers, if any, to which DanaeBay logo supplied steer arms that incorporated the experimental ball studs. DanaeBay logo also promptly initiated an engineering investigation to assess the performance of ball studs from normal and experimental production.

On or about June 4, 2024, DanaeBay logo convened its Safety Committee to review preliminary results of its engineering investigation. On June 5, 2024, based upon additional results, the Safety Committee decided to make this report in an abundance of caution.
