This bulletin does not necessarily apply to all the above-mentioned vehicles, some vehicles may have been modified before delivery. The owners of the vehicles affected by this bulletin will be advised by a letter indicating the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of each vehicle concerned.
DESCRIPTION
On the vehicles affected by this bulletin, the vehicle program has to be upgraded. This allows the Intelligent Sleep Mode (ISM) system improvement to prevent batteries drain when ISM is enabled.
This procedure shows how to generate the Vehicle Program last update and how to transfer the program to the vehicle owner. Refer to bulletin WB19-11 for the upgrade procedure.
Owner needs to make an appointment in a Prevost Service Center or contact a Prevost Service representative to have the vehicle program to be upgraded. It requires VPG (Vehicle Program Generator)
software.
Owner equipped with the required tools has to contact a Prevost Service representative to have the vehicle program last update to be generated and transfer.
PROCEDURE
1. Table 1 shows the minimum revision number needed, according to the vehicle program number.
2. Open VPG.

3. Make sure that the current value for the ISLEEP parameter is ‘’YES’’.
4. Set the parameters as needed.
5. Generate the program.
6. Close VPG.
7. Locate the program:
C:\MUX_Local_V2\GenProg if you
have generated the program offline.
C:\MUX_Prod_V2\GenProg if you
have generated the program online.
8. The vehicle program file name includes the short VIN.
9. Rename the file and add the extension ‘’.txt’’ after the extension ‘’.exe’’.
10. Send the file to the owner by email.
11. Bulletin is complete.
