Trailer Load Rating Decal Information Incorrect
If the trailer is overloaded, the main frame may be damaged, increasing the risk of a crash.

Summary
Lode-King Industries LTD. (Lode-King) is recalling one 2021 Prestige SDG semi-trailer. The incorrect load rating decal has been applied, showing a load rating for the trailer frame that exceeds its strength capability.
Remedy
Lode-King will notify the owner, and a dealer will replace the load rating decal with the correct version, free of charge. The recall began July 14, 2020. Owners may contact Lode-King customer service at 1-204-325-4345.

Dear NHTSA:
SUBJECT: Status Report – Defect and Recall Campaign # 20V345
Please accept this letter as our first quarterly status report for the subject recall campaign.
In this recall campaign we identified one (1) individual semi-trailer that is being recalled to correct a problem with the Load rating Decal that was applied to the trailer when it was manufactured.
This trailer has been located in Texas. We have been in communication via email and telephone with this end user. We have provided him with the correct load rating decal for that trailer. He has also confirmed that the new load rating decal has, in fact, been installed on the affected trailer.
We are pleased to report 100% success in completing this recall.
Since this recall is completed in the United States, it seems pointless to continue to submit status reports after this point. We request that you also consider this the last status report we will submit for this specific recall campaign.
