Summary
One More Auto Part, Inc. is recalling certain Lasfit
aftermarket headlight bulbs model TX002/9005FBA, TX002/9006FBA, TX001/H7FBA, EX-PLA9012FBA, TX001/9004FBA, TX001/9007FBA, TX002/H4FBA, TX002/H13FBA, sizes 9004, 9005, 9006, 9007 only sold through Amazon.com. The aftermarket headlight bulbs are too bright during the first ten minutes of use. As such these bulbs fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) number 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Assoc. Equipment.”
Remedy
Dealers will provide a full refund or replace the bulbs, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 21, 2021. Owners may contact One More Auto Parts by email at [email protected].

This notice is sent to you in accordance with the requirement of the National
Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act. One More Auto Parts Inc. has decided that EX-PLAH11FBA and related models fail to confirm to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 108, Lamps, reflective devices and associated equipment.
Accordingly, we are initiating this safety recall. Please review this letter carefully

Noncompliance of Recalled Item
The replaceable light source’s maximum luminous flux was above the maximum limit during about the first ten minutes, then falls within legal limits; there are dimensional requirements that were not met in that there are no resistive filaments; and that it does not conform with marking requirements.
Safety Risk
The maximum luminous flux was above the maximum limit and may cause excessive brightness, to oncoming drivers increasing the risk of a crash.
What to do Next
If you own the involved headlamp bulb, please return the bulbs with your order number or other purchase evidence to us to obtain a full refund or get halogen replacement that meet the requirement of the FMVSS108. If you have questions, please email to [email protected].
