Locate metal junction box with a GFCI receptacle at the Bathroom for the Olympia. 3. Locate metal junction box with a GFCI receptacle at the Kitchen for the Olympia Sport. 4. Install and secure a separate bare ground wire of sufficient length at the green ground screw (Blue Arrow) in the metal junction box (Fig 2). 6. Connect all ground wires together with green wire nut. Ensure the bare ground wire attached to the box passes through the hole in the top of the green wire nut (Fig 3). 7. Connect the bare ground wire coming through the top of the wire nut to the green ground screw (Green Arrow) on the GFCI receptacle (Fig 4). 8. Insert wires back into the metal junction box. 9. Secure GFCI receptacle and outlet face plate to junction box. 10. Turn power back on and validate function of the GFCI receptacle. 11. Repair is complete. On January 5, 2022 this incident was discussed at CPAC and elevated to SSC. One January 27, 2022 SSC discussed this incident and voted to proceed with a recall.
