Summary
Bravo Trailers, LLC (Bravo) is recalling certain 2021 Hero, Scout, and Star trailers. The coupler was improperly welded, which may cause the trailer to separate from the tow vehicle.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the coupler as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on May 18, 2022. Owners may contact Bravo’s customer service at 1-574-848-7500.

Chronology :
Bravo trailers received notification from Pacific Trailer 3/16/22 from part vender Redneck Trailer Supply.
After that Bravo began to identify what trailers could possibly be affected by the parts sent by Pacific trailer. On 6/22 Bravo has located and tracked down all vin numbers that could potentially have been affected by the coupler. Bravo has not had any complaints or failures ever stated to them by any customers. The coupler manufacture was the one that notified us saying ” there could be a problem ” as of 10/22 Bravo trailers has yet to have a coupler failure come back to them or be notified that any of our customers are seeing this concern.
Bravo was directed by the manufacturer of the coupler that if a coupler has a failure we will replace the coupler for the customer.
