Purchased the above Motorcycle Helmet RS-0700-S. This is a Voluntary recall being conducted by the Reseller of these Helmets.

In recent testing this helmet has Failed to meet DOT NMVSS218
Testing.
We have included a Prepaid return shipping label. You may return the
helmet for a full refund or dispose of the helmet and also receive a full refund. If you chose to dispose of the helmet and receive a refund, you will need to sign and return this notice below. You may return by Mail or to the email [email protected]. Refunds will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned helmet or signed disposal
agreement.
You should discontinue any further use of this product. It is possible
that it may fail and result in bodily harm or injury.

Description of the Defect : The outer shell of the helmet cracks under testing.

Description of the Safety Risk : Depending on the accident/incident, the helmet may not fully protect the
rider.
Description of the Cause : We are not sure, but we suspecting suspect resin used in molding and manufacture of outer shell. Identification of Any Warning
that can Occur : None

ask them to discard, and issue a full refund.
Or offer a comparable modle that has successfully passed all testing. How Remedy Component Differs from Recalled Component :
Identify How/When Recall Condition was Corrected in Production : Nothing to do, except return and refund or replace. Not Possible to exchange or replace component.
