Owners of the above mentioned motorhomes have been asked to contact an authorized REV Recreation Group dealer to have the described defect remedied. Hydraulic hoses that are at risk of damage due to chaffing or heat will be inspected and if defective, will be protected or replaced. REV RV will notify dealers by providing inspection and repair instructions for motor homes. The repairs will be made free of charge. Owners that have had previously paid to have their RV remedied will be reimbursed upon presentation of a receipt. How Remedy Component Differs from Recalled Component : Engineering has reviewed the processes and updated the leveling hose routing schematics. Quality and Operations have implemented training and standard work to ensure proper routing and protection. Changes to standard work includes installing protective loom and heat reflective material to hoses that are near areas where chassis or frame abrasions could occur or near heat sources.
