Summary
Dennis Eagle, Inc. (Dennis Eagle) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Proview vehicles. The front turn signal indicator lights may not flash brightly enough. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.”
Remedy
Dealers will replace the lights, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 5, 2023. Owners may contact Dennis Eagle customer service at 1-813-440-8136. Dennis Eagles number for this recall is FSI1691-CP013.

This notice is sent to you in accordance with the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act. Dennis Eagle Inc. has decided that certain 2020-2021 Proview vehicles fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 108, “Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.”
The Front Directional Indicators fitted to the ProView are non-compliant to the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety (FMVSS) 108 Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment. This can be identified by the Missing DOT marking on the Lamp Lens, this has been replaced with the UN ECE Regulation Marking. The incorrect Front Directional Indicator may not provide adequate light and therefore reduce the visibility of the vehicle to other drivers, increasing the risk of crash or injury.
The Front Directional Indicator will be replaced. Please contact your local dealer to arrange this free of charge rework quoting CP013. The remedy is expected to take 3 hours to complete.
