REV Ambulance Gorup Orlando, Inc. (REVO) warranty department received a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB), regarding Equipment recall 24E-006. REVO was notified in April 2024. REVO conducted an inventory inspection and determined that 76 units were affected. All units have been shipped.
Description of Remedy :
Description of Remedy Program : If the vehicle is equipped with a V-MUX HC1.7 Input / Output Node the end
user must perform a firmware update. Weldon will be responsible for reimbursing the facility for performing the repairs. How Remedy Component Differs from Recalled Component :
Identify How/When Recall Condition was Corrected in Production : NR REVO currently does not have a vehicle in production with the affected component in question. Recall Schedule :
Description of Recall Schedule : REV Ambulance Group Orlando will begin to notify dealers and customers in May or sooner.
